GENERAL RULES 

ELIGIBILITY:

Show is open to any youth between 7 and 22 years of age as of January 1, 2010. Owners of Hereford heifers must be in good standing with the Junior Hereford Association (Horned or Polled) within the state they reside.  

OWNERSHIP & ELIGIBILITY: 

FEMALES All heifers must be registered with their respective breed association and be in the Junior Exhibitors name solely by March 1, 2010. Exceptions are the Hereford, in which said animal may be in his/her full siblings name (So in accordance with the American Junior Hereford Association rules.) Original papers must be presented at the show and are required for check in.  

STEERS Hereford steers must be 100% Hereford breeding. Registration papers are not required, however, proof of parentage is required. All steers must be owned by the exhibitor by March 1, 2010.  Certificates will be required.  Certificates can be acquired through the AHA, NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE ALLOWED.

CLASS PAYOUT: 

First               $50.00 

Second           $40.00    

Third              $30.00 

**ALL PREMIUM AND CASH AWARDS WILL BE MAILED - NOTE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITH ANY UNPAID BALANCES FROM PREVIOUS JUNIOR SHOWS OR CONSIGNMENT SALES.
